The researchers concluded that those who consumed quinoa biscuits rather than the wheat ones experienced positive changes in their blood this included lowering of bad cholesterol levels and also total cholesterol levels participants lost body weight indicating the role of quinoa seeds in reducing obesity.

This confirmed the findings of an earlier trial dull in 2017 which has said that 50 grams of quinoa seeds daily leads to moderate yet significant weight loss in obese individuals.

Lowering LDL cholesterol and weight is good for your heart but quinoa seeds can benefit your body in other ways as well quinoa seeds are rich in heart friendly monounsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid alpha linoleic acid and omega-3 fatty acids.

You will know it when the seeds look fluffy due to water rinse the water and enjoy the seeds.
